An invention is easier to evaluate when people can see what it does and understand the problem it solves. Urbinova invites inventors and innovation teams working in the built environment to present their progress, explain practical applications, and make their solutions visible to a relevant audience. Potential displays may include prototypes, models, product exhibits, videos, and software demonstrations, subject to event requirements.

Exhibiting is an opportunity to test your message with potential customers, learn what industry participants need, and open discussions about pilot projects, distribution, partnerships, or investment. You may also express separate interest in the invention competition; exhibition interest alone does not constitute competition entry. Register now to receive eligibility criteria, booth information, pricing, and application details when confirmed.

The invention competition

Interested in competing as well as exhibiting? Express your interest in the Urbinova invention competition through Registration. Entry requirements, judging criteria, deadlines, awards, and any separate fees will be announced before applications open. Exhibition interest does not automatically enter you into the competition.

Get ready to participate

Prepare a brief, non-confidential description of your invention, the problem it addresses, your development stage, and what you hope to achieve. Booth options, prices, inclusions, and setup information will be shared when confirmed.
